I recognise that therapy is a big investment to
make in yourself, and I’m so glad you’ve
decided to take the leap.

1:1 Therapy:

 

Sessions cost £70

 

I recommend starting off with one initial session to
see if we are a good fit working together, then
booking in blocks of 4: £260

 

I do have some concessional spaces available for
students / trainee counsellors and those on low income -
please enquire if needed.

Supervision:

£55 / hour

£80 / 1.5 hours

£50 / hour for trainee or student therapists (discounted rate)
