Supervision
I work using the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision as taught by Bob Cooke at the Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy in Chorlton.
Together we will explore your client work, its impact on you, and how I can support you in your practice so that you are working to ethical standards as well as providing the best service you can to your clients, while also looking after yourself.
A glimpse of the model:
Mode 1: Focus on the client
Mode 2: Resources & strategies to work with said issues
Mode 3: Exploring the therapist-client relationship
Mode 4: Transference
Mode 5: Countertransference
Mode 6: Parallel processes
Mode 7: Looking at the social & cultural context of the work

We will work through the modes in no particular order. I come from a person-centred foundation, so listening and tracking you will always be at the heart of how I work.
Fees:
£55 / hour
£80 / 1.5 hours
£50 / hour for trainee or student therapists (discounted rate)
